I ended up doing a short-term rental for two and a half months due to home interior renovation work. Initially, I signed a one-month contract, but after living here for a few days, I liked it so much that I extended immediately. My daughter needs to commute to Hyehwa Station daily, so I needed a place within a 15-20 minute drive, a clean house, a separate room, and reasonable pricing. This place checked all the boxes. When I first arrived, the space was exactly like an interior design magazine spread I had envisioned, and I could see traces of meticulous attention to detail throughout. The furniture, accessories, and plants were all tastefully arranged, which kept me in a good mood during my entire stay. Initially, I tried to find a room near Hyehwa Station, but there were mostly only one-room apartments, and semi-basement units were too expensive. I accidentally discovered this place and chose it, and I'm really satisfied. The host is kind and responds quickly, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience. I searched for places with the same conditions and size in various parts of Seoul, including Gangnam, but it was hard to find a place with these conditions at this price. I also appreciated that an apartment felt safer for my daughter and me compared to a one-room unit. If the opportunity arises, I'd like to stay here again.

I stayed here for 5 weeks while renovating my new home. Finding a short-term rental was really difficult, but I came across this place with such great conditions that I decided to book it even though it was far from where I used to live. The first impression was great thanks to the warm welcome, and when I arrived, the interior design and decorative items matched the photos perfectly, and the place was incredibly clean. Almost everything needed for daily living was provided except for consumables, so there was no inconvenience at all. The fact that parking was available was really great. Using the parking lot in the adjacent building is more pleasant. There's a bit of hassle getting to the adjacent building's parking lot, but it's more convenient that way. When I was first shown around, they mentioned there might be bugs since it's near a mountain, so I was a bit worried, but I never saw any bugs. The best part was the mountain view visible through the windows. Although I stayed for a short time, I won't forget the scenery I enjoyed from the veranda. If I'm lucky enough to have the opportunity next time, I'd like to use it again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

I'm really satisfied with this accommodation. The host responded quickly and resolved all my questions, and when I arrived, I was delighted to find the place was clean and exactly as described in the photos. The Bukhansan view is truly stunning, the vintage furniture has great aesthetic appeal, and the bus stop is just 1 minute away, making transportation very convenient. I think the price is very reasonable for these facilities and location, offering excellent value for money. There are many hidden gems and restaurants around Seoul Forest, and it's a great neighborhood for taking walks. This is a place I'd like to visit again.
