Violations may result in charges for wallpaper replacement and disinfection. - Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. - After check-out, a cleaning staff member will inspect the room, and the security deposit will be refunded the following day. - Parking: (Free parking is based on a 6-night stay (total 12 hours). If you exceed this, a fee of 600 KRW per hour will be charged.) You will be required to pay thereafter. - For general waste, please purchase a pay-as-you-throw bag at the GS25 on the 1st floor and dispose of it in the designated collection bin at the entrance in front of the playground in Building 103. - For recycling, please separate and dispose of items at the recycling area at the entrance in front of the playground in Building 103. - For food waste, please open the shoe cabinet on the left to find the food waste card key. Take this key and dispose of it in the designated food waste area. - Please wash used tableware (cups, dishes, etc.) thoroughly. Any damage will be deducted from your security deposit. - The standard cleaning is to return the room to its original condition upon check-in. Please return all used utensils, tableware, and accessories to their original places. - You may feel free to use the items currently provided. - The Wi-Fi router password is written on the device.
