It is a great place to enjoy dining out and leisure activities, with a concentration of famous cafes like Starbucks and Twosome Place, as well as various restaurants, bakeries (such as Paris Baguette), and lifestyle shops like Olive Young. 🏥 Medical & Financial Services Hospitals: There are numerous clinics and hospitals specializing in various fields, such as internal medicine, pediatrics, dentistry, ophthalmology, and Korean medicine, located in buildings near Geumcheon Plaza. You can also rest assured knowing that some pharmacies are open until late at night. Banking: Branches and ATMs of major banks, including KB Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, and Nonghyup, are located nearby. 🌳 Green Spaces & Education Walking Paths: A walking course connecting to the back of the complex and the nearby Homigol Sports Park make it ideal for light exercise or leisurely walks. As one of the closest comprehensive universities to the apartment, it offers good accessibility via a straight line connected by Daeseong-ro. Seowon National University (approx. 3–3.5 km): Takes approximately 10 minutes by car. It is located across Musimcheon Stream and is convenient to reach via Suyeong Bridge from Geumcheon Plaza. Cheongju National University of Education (approx. 3.5 km): Takes about 10–12 minutes by car. You can arrive quickly by using Danjae-ro towards Namil-myeon or heading towards Sugok-dong. Chungbuk National University (approx. 6–7 km): Takes about 15–20 minutes by car. Since you have to cross the center of Cheongju, it may take a little longer depending on traffic conditions, but public transportation routes are well-established.
