Right next to the building, there is a self-service laundromat, a medium-sized supermarket, Compose Ediya, Ten Percent, a side dish store, and CU and 7-Eleven. Located near a subway station with an ocean view and a quiet atmosphere, this is a great place to stay comfortably while on business trips. The building was recently remodeled and the furniture inside the home has been replaced, so it is very clean. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; details can be discussed in advance via chat. We change the room password for each new resident. Therefore, we will provide the new password a few hours before move-in. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are prohibited. You will be responsible for compensation for excessive wear and tear (stains on rugs or beds, damaged furniture, etc.) upon check-out.
