Underfloor heating is used in winter, and a portable air conditioner is provided in summer. The property is set up for normal use upon move-in, and you must maintain the same condition upon move-out. (A service fee will be charged for additional cleaning required due to indoor smoking, parties, undisposed trash, or unwashed laundry and dishes. ₩48,000+) Failure to comply with recycling and waste disposal regulations frequently occurs during move-in and move-out. In such cases, collection services from a private company are required, and the building owner will be subject to penalties. A fee of ₩30,000 will be charged for failure to comply with disposal regulations during move-in and move-out. Parking fees will be charged for unauthorized parking within the building, despite prior notice that parking is prohibited. Unauthorized parking: ₩10,000 per hour (₩40,000 per day) (Rent including utilities is calculated based on a single occupancy. Additional costs may apply depending on the duration for double occupancy.) * If electricity and gas bills exceed 150% of average usage, the excess amount will be shared.
