Stay hei-ry consists of the Hei-ry STAY, completed in the Hei-ry Artists Village in Paju with a space concept designed for young artists. Of course, it is not a space exclusively for artists to rest; anyone is welcome. (Children, families, invited relatives, and acquaintances are all welcome. Pets are allowed.) The space spans four floors, including the basement, and was created as a rental space by Salja Stay, utilizing a luxury residence in Hei-ry. Located within Hei-ry Park 8, Hei-ry STAY features private, detached rooms. Hei-ry STAY has four floors, including the basement, with an additional rooftop area. The complex is comprised of a total of six spaces, including four rooms (four bedrooms: 1 King, 3 Queens, and 1 Double Bed; four private bathrooms plus one shared bathroom), a dining room, and a living room. The rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors even feature private terraces. This allows for quiet, private relaxation, even when visiting with family. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individual heating. Each room is a 2-room layout, featuring a separate bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom. All rooms are lockable and secure. There are two entrances: the main entrance and a basement entrance. CCTV cameras are installed at the entrances for security purposes. The complex consists of a family living room and dining area on the 1st floor, family and private relaxation spaces on the B1 floor, a rooftop, and outdoor areas A and B. All spaces are luxurious and designed to maximize convenience. Located right next to the Gyeonggi Future Paju Campus Sports Center, this facility allows you to enjoy not only the Heyri Art Village but also a wide range of sports, including free swimming, monthly fitness classes, yoga, line dancing, and aqua aerobics.

About this place

Located in a quiet, upscale residential area, this is a rental of the entire stay. We will contact you individually after you make a reservation through Liv. The basement features a private entrance, private bathroom, and private kitchen (separable). The building consists of three floors (Music Room, Movie Room, Writer's Room, and Painter's Room) – featuring two terraces on each floor and a rooftop space designed for group bonfires. It also includes an outdoor awning deck and private terrace A in front of the house, a private wooden terrace B on the lower level, and shared indoor spaces on the basement and first floors. Each floor has a restroom and shower, with additional shared restrooms available. It is a place where you can quietly blend into an artists' village, find yourself, and spend time in truly optimal conditions. The basement of the artists' space at Heyri Stay is free from noise and features built-in high-frequency speakers. Cooking is permitted, and a separate washroom has been installed. The layout is also designed for relaxation on the outdoor terrace. Of course, you can also fully enjoy rest in the various shared spaces to find balance between your personal life and your living environment.

The property is rented as a detached house, and you can distinguish between private and shared spaces. Therefore, it is a place sufficient for self-reflection, allowing you to collaborate and communicate through various spatial divisions, such as a place for family and friends to interact and a space for individual relaxation. We are collaborating with Coffee Factory 103 to provide breakfast service. We hope you come out for a walk and enjoy the happiness of having a brunch breakfast and delicious coffee with a 3rd-floor view at the village's best café, overlooking the village. Paju Heyri Art Village is a massive artists' community spanning approximately 150,000 pyeong (about 495,000 square meters), an open space accessible through a total of nine main gates, numbered 1 through 9. It is characterized by an eco-friendly design where various galleries, museums, and cafes harmonize with the forest.

We invite you to STAY Hei-ry in Heyri Village, Paju. It is a safe place equipped with triple security CCTV in shared spaces and parking lots. As it is a space dedicated to young artists, the unique layout ensures a private stay for everyone. (We welcome a diverse range of guests, including families, friends, groups, companies, and colleagues.) We are also arranging breakfast service so that guests can request it. We are continuously updating this. 3% of the profits from the "Salja Stay" program at Heyri Stay will be accumulated over time and used to support young artists. Additionally, 7% of the profits will be used for relief and education activities for migrants who have left their homes due to war and persecution, as well as for publishing projects that support those undertaking such work. We will announce on Instagram that this will be a fitting act of sharing and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for this land.
