- This property is leased for temporary use (short-term rental) purposes; therefore, protections such as opposing rights, priority repayment rights, implied renewal, lease guarantees, and mandatory regulations do not apply. Furthermore, resident registration is prohibited, and claims for damages will be filed in case of violation. - To ensure a pleasant living environment, up to 3 residents are allowed to move in. - As this is a quiet residential area, we ask that you be mindful of noise. If complaints arise due to noise after evening hours, we may be forced to evict you without a refund. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. In case of violation, a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for each violation. - Additional cleaning fees will be charged for any damage to property or contamination. - Compensation for damages resulting from delays or cancellations of the next move-in due to odors, contamination, or damage may be claimed. - Repair costs will be charged for any blockages caused by the dumping of foreign substances, such as wet wipes or food waste, into the toilet or drain. - There is one CCTV camera located outside the front door of the unit. (Internal x) - Additional management fees may be charged for excessive use of electricity, gas, or water (e.g., more than 50% compared to the previous month).
