The bus terminal is a 5-7 minute walk away. Various amenities are nearby, with a convenience store and coffee shop just a 1-minute walk away. There is a gas station, various clinics (internal medicine, ENT, dentistry, Korean medicine, OB/GYN, etc.), pharmacies, restaurants, large supermarkets, and beauty salons all within a maximum 10-minute walk. There are two parks right in front of the house where you can take a walk. The location is at a reasonable distance from entertainment districts, so it is quiet and you won't see any unpleasant sights. The people passing by are generally quiet and wholesome.
