Haeundae Marine City Beach House, 5-minute walk from Dongbaek Island / Beach

I stayed at Haeundae Beach House with my son while visiting Busan from Hawaii, and it was a perfect home base. Communication was quick, kind, and thoughtful from the beginning. The Marine City location was exactly what we wanted: safe, relaxed, and close to everything we needed. The building has great Korean and Western restaurants, a very convenient CU downstairs, and friendly, helpful staff. As a parent traveling with my son, I appreciated how easy it was to settle in. Whether it was breakfast, laundry, dinner nearby, or picking up a few things downstairs, everything was close at hand. I even got a haircut at Hwamiju Hair in the building, which became one of my favorite Busan memories. Marine City felt like a real neighborhood, not a tourist district. Evening waterfront walks became part of our routine, and by the end, the officetel felt like our own little corner of Busan. Thank you to the Haeundae Beach House team for your hospitality. We hope to return someday.

I frequently travel to Busan for business and have been using short-term rentals through other platforms. LiveAnyWhere requires a minimum stay of one week, so I was a bit disappointed about having only 4 nights and 5 days this time, leaving 2 days unused. However, the house was so beautiful that I decided to book it anyway. The location in Marine City is outstanding, and I've stayed in other units in this building before, but the view here was truly the best. Usually, even with ocean views, you have to look to the side to see the sea, or you see neighboring buildings mixed in. Here, the ocean view is just like a framed picture right in front of you. The morning sunlight comes in beautifully, and the sound of the waves and the shimmer on the water are so lovely that it's wonderful just to gaze out the window. Everything here is brand new. The bed, bedding, dishes, bathroom, furniture, and all electronics are new, so it felt like moving into a new house. Sometimes when I stay at short-term rentals, I can feel the lingering scents of previous guests, but here, as soon as I opened the door, the fresh new scent was amazing. I also tried the capsule coffee for the first time, and it smelled and tasted so good that I asked about the product, and the host said they imported it from overseas...;;; The host has decorated the house so beautifully that it feels like traveling abroad, and all the photos turn out beautifully. I've never seen a white TV before, and it has cable and all kinds of OTT services. Everything needed for daily life is provided, and complimentary water, beverages, and coffee are all included. Since it was a business trip, I went alone this time, but next time I'll definitely visit with friends and enjoy it more!

The accommodation was exactly as described, and as soon as I entered, the pleasant scent of the place put my mind at ease. I would like to visit again next time.

Very beautiful and cozy decoration. The room is spacious and quiet. Had a very pleasant trip to Busan.
