The first floor serves as a living space for cooking and relaxation under the high ceilings, while the second floor is separated into a cozy bedroom dedicated solely to restful sleep, ensuring a home-like atmosphere even during long-term stays. The spacious terrace is perfect for barbecue parties and offers a very convenient flow of movement and a sense of stability throughout your stay. Equipped with full appliances and high-speed Wi-Fi, we highly recommend this for those planning to work from home or stay for a month. Utilities: 50,000 KRW per week / 200,000 KRW per month (payment requested later). Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of 40,000 KRW is requested upon check-out, regardless of the number of days.
