최상의 장기숙박+가성비 (1) 입지 - 황리단길에서 벗어난 김유신길(벚꽃길) 인은 주택가입니다. 대중교통엔 불편함이 있겠으나, 택시로 황리단길 입구까지 5분밖에 안걸려요. 걸어서 1분 거리 편의점, 2분 거리에 24시간 식자재마트가 있어서 장기숙박에 최적입니다. (2) 안전 - 초등학교 근처의 아담한 아파트 단지입니다. 여성들끼리 많이 오는 여행지인데 집 주변이 밝고 할머니들이 밤이면 아파트 앞에서 바람쏘이고 하는 동네예요. 안전! (3) 인테리어 - 제일 좋았던 부분은 건조기와 세탁기…사실 장기숙박이어도 세탁이 불편한 집이 의외로 많은데 요 숙소는 건조기가 너무너무너무 좋았어요. 다른 무엇보다도 건조기를 갖추어주셨다는 데에 장기숙박으로 추천. 화장실은 하나라서 3명 이상 오시면 불편함은 감수해야하는데 물도 잘 내려가고 비데가 있다는 거. 신규 등록 숙소니까 빨리 누리시면 좋겠습니다ㅋㅋ (4) 호스트님 - 사진 보시면 ***도 챙겨놔두시고 저희는 일주일 묵었는데 덥다고 걱정해주시며 선풍기도 하나(이미 서큘레이터 하나가 실내에 있었는데 추가로) 보내주셨어요. 너무 좋은 호스트님이었습니다. (5) 여행 팁 - 차로 2분 거리에 “장군암소숯불“이 경주 최고의 한우 집임. 그 앞에 금리단길 쪽으로 이어지는 다리 있어서, 걸어서 가면 넉넉잡고 숙소에서 20분이면 시내로 나갈 수 있음.

We came for a family trip with 4 people, including 2 elementary school children, and we were comfortable staying here with 3 rooms available. Being on the first floor, we didn't have to worry about noise from upstairs. Although there was only 1 bathroom, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The place was clean and felt like home every single day. There were good restaurants nearby, so dining was convenient. There are 2 convenience stores close by and a large mart nearby as well. Hwallidan-gil was about 10 minutes by car, Bomun Complex was 25-30 minutes away, and Gampo was 50 minutes away, so we got around a lot during our 6-day stay. Since it's in a residential area, many delivery services are available, which was convenient. It was a fun, comfortable, and relaxing vacation.

This was my first time using the service in Gyeongju, and overall the location was convenient and I had a good experience. However, initially the password information you sent didn't match, so I had to call while carrying my luggage, which was inconvenient. After you responded, there were no further issues. The remote control had no batteries, so I couldn't turn on the TV on the first day, which was inconvenient, but you sent replacements by courier right away. The body wash was almost empty, and when I mentioned it, you sent some via Coupang, so there were no problems afterward. However, the shower drain didn't work properly from the start, which was quite inconvenient. No matter how hard I tried, it took a very long time to drain, so this is something you should be aware of. The cooking oil in the kitchen was almost completely empty, so I couldn't cook much. I hope this helps the next guest have a better experience. You provided directions to the recycling area, but the building number wasn't clearly visible from the entrance, so I had to call after walking quite far to the back. There were many things that would have been better with more detailed explanations. I hope this helps next time. The bedding you left in the closet had a strong smell, which didn't make a good first impression. I'm not sure if you couldn't clean it before putting it away, but since there was no explanation, this part was a bit inconvenient. Still, since it's an apartment, it was convenient, and compared to the surrounding area, I got good value with the opening special price. Although it was unfortunate that I had to check out a day early due to urgent circumstances, if I visit Gyeongju again next time, I'll make sure to use it properly.
