One small room is used to store the host's belongings and is not included in the rental area. As this is the host's actual residence, guests may experience some inconvenience, but it is also well-equipped with many amenities, ensuring your convenience. There is also a Ceragem.

Located in the Tongyeong Mirukdo Special Tourist Zone, the International Music Hall, Cruise Ship Terminal, Bongseutgol Street, Jeon Hyeok-rim Art Museum, Tongyeong Luge, and Tongyeong Cable Car are within a 5 to 10-minute drive, and there are many great restaurants nearby. In the summer, you can harvest and eat lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, etc. directly from the host's garden (a 3-minute walk from the mountain behind the apartment).
