This is the Daehak-dong area, close to Seoul National University, Korea's top university. It offers convenient access to anywhere in Seoul. The area is generally quiet, and there are trekking courses on Mt. Gwanak, as well as jogging paths along small streams if you head out to the main road. There are many delicious restaurants, and prices are generally affordable. It is one of the neighborhoods with the best cost of living in Seoul. We do not accept guests indiscriminately; most of our guests are quiet and well-behaved individuals, such as students, people studying for certifications, or single office workers. As a host, I strictly manage any stress or issues caused by neighbors.
