As a living experience, please observe basic etiquette. We are looking to offer space to those who would like to rent it. We are doing our best to disinfect and sterilize the space as it is a space that our children use together, but it is a short-term rental home. Please be aware that the convenience and service offered may not be as good as those offered at professional lodging facilities, so please understand. ※This accommodation is not suitable for drinking parties, events, MT meetings, or couples. Yeongjin Beach is famous for being particularly clear and beautiful among the beaches in Gangneung’s East Sea. There are many famous tourist attractions and restaurants in Gangneung nearby, so people keep coming to this place. Odaesan Mountain, Solhyanggi Campground, and bicycle paths are also famous. The ocean view is not directly in front of the house, but if you turn your head from the veranda, you can see the ocean. This is a place where you can see the sky and hear the birds singing in the pine forest, giving a sense of relaxation and healing to those tired of everyday life. Gangneung Pink Villa is our family home for our two children. It's a second house. 1. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the house, on the veranda, in the bathroom, and anywhere else in the building. 2. Reservations are only accepted for families with children registered as one family . (Based on one family, father, mother, and up to two children) (Reservations cannot be made for 3 or more adults or 3 generations of a family due to space constraints) However, since it is a residential area and a quiet rural neighborhood, please be mindful of noise between floors when bringing children, and be sure to be polite after 10 p.m. to avoid causing complaints. *Sorry, we do not allow additional visitors or entry beyond the number of people initially reserved. Up to 4 family members including infants under 24 months Reservations are available. ※This accommodation is not suitable for drinking parties, events, MT meetings, or couples. *Please make a reservation only if you are coming to relax quietly with your family or are looking to live near the beach. 3. Pets are not allowed . Sorry. 4. Cooking of foods with strong odors such as meat, fish, steamed crab, and fermented soybean paste is prohibited. Simple cooking available/ Delivery/ Takeout available (Compensation may be claimed in the event of a complaint from the next landlord) 5. You must shake off the sand from the beach and bring it in. (Additional charges may apply if drain is clogged.) 6. It is a regular home for living in Gangneung and is not a lodging facility. Since this is a rental space , personal hygiene products are not provided. (For hygiene reasons, please prepare shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, bedding, pillows, etc. individually.) 7. During the period of use as a rental space for living, please be sure to handle and manage basic matters such as ventilation and cleaning, separate collection and disposal of general waste, use of food waste bags, and disposal at designated locations. (If not processed, additional cleaning fee (30,000 won) will be paid and the deposit will be deducted.) 8. Dispose of excrement of infants and toddlers who use diapers. Dispose of diapers. Dispose of garbage. Be sure to do it properly so that there is no smell. Be sure to bring bedding~~ * If you are accompanied by infants or children, please be especially careful not to contaminate the walls or furniture. ※If there is a problem with the mattress, furniture, walls, etc. that is damaged, broken, lost, contaminated, or has smoke or other odors, etc., and repairs or maintenance are required , additional laundry or cleaning fees, compensation fees, etc. may be charged and these will be deducted from the deposit, so please use it cleanly. (Request for restoration of the original condition of the lease agreement) 9. We provide free rental of parasols and camping chairs (two for adults and two for children), camping tables, sand play equipment for children, and picnic sets including mats and baskets for use on the beach. Have a happy picnic experience at Yeongjin Beach~ (Please note that during peak season, the beach will be operated by the village and parasol and seat fees will be charged.) 10. In case of loss or damage to any items, household items, or facilities, the deposit will be deducted. **********. Please be aware that smoking indoors and unauthorized entry or lodging outside of the reservation will result in immediate eviction and non-refundable reservation deposits.

This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)
