The recycling area is located to the right around the corner of the building after exiting the main entrance on the 1st floor. One standard garbage bag and a plastic recycling bag are provided. - We are unable to issue cash receipts. - No smoking indoors, and no pets allowed. - Up to one additional guest is allowed in addition to the reservation holder. - Parties are prohibited. There is CCTV in the main lobby and via intercom. If two or more additional guests stay beyond the reservation holder, forced eviction will be enforced without a refund. - Separate cleaning and disinfection fees will be charged for heavy cooking odors or for irreparable stains on bedding, carpets, furniture, etc. - Long-term rentals welcome - Japanese people, Japanese people, foreigners, Japanese people, foreigners, etc. - English of course OK
