The infrastructure is top-notch, featuring a 7-Eleven convenience store on the first floor and a concentration of numerous restaurants and franchises. Transportation is also excellent, and with the Linear Theme Park right in front, it is great for walks and offers beautiful surrounding scenery. Please accurately check the number of guests, and if bringing pets, please make sure to check the number of pets as well! {Since we are accepting pets, we are only allowing up to two small pets. An additional special cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW applies if pets are brought in. Please note that your security deposit will absolutely not be refunded if pets are brought in without your consent, so please make sure to check this!} Features blackout blinds. Located in the very center of Dasan New City, equipped with the best amenities, transportation, and infrastructure.
