We are a family of three with a child, and we came to look for long-term rental accommodations because moving between places is difficult for us. The conditions we were looking for were: a location in the city center for easy access to tourist attractions, well-developed surrounding infrastructure, secured parking, and ideally a place that feels like an old family home. That's why we focused on older houses in the city center and decided on this place. To sum it up, our family was extremely satisfied. The accommodation is located within a residential complex in Jeju City, but it's positioned higher than the surrounding area, so it doesn't feel cramped, and it even has a small yard, giving it an even more spacious feel. The structure has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the interior is spacious and well-maintained, making it very comfortable to use. Our family really loves water activities, and when you come back from the beach at a hotel, dealing with sand and washing swimsuits is difficult, right? But here there's a space where we can dry things in the sunlight outside, which was really great. There's also a decent-sized mart nearby, making it convenient for grocery shopping and simple home cooking. Just a five-minute walk away is near Jeju City Hall, where you can walk to famous restaurants and bars that are well-known among Jeju residents, and there's a great variety of food and entertainment options. Dining out is convenient, eating at home is convenient, and parking is available for up to three cars, making it easy to use rental cars. When moving around with the child to the east and west, being in the city center means good travel time and routes, which is also an advantage when planning trips—you can easily make changes or adjustments day by day. It was really great to be able to use such an accommodation for half the cost of a hotel stay. I think if we plan a Jeju trip next time, we'll visit this accommodation again.

I've stayed at various accommodations in Jeju, from guesthouses to hotels, pensions, and resorts, and I've visited many times. But this was my first time staying in Jeju City proper, and it was such a comfortable and wonderful place! (Like home) It's described as an old hanok, and the interior was full of charm with warm lighting that was really nice. While you have to climb a few steps from the road to reach the gate, that actually becomes an advantage—it creates a level separation from the road that lets you overlook the courtyard and garden. If it were autumn with even nicer weather, it would be the perfect space to have coffee or a glass of wine on the terrace!! Thanks to the air conditioning in each room, the appropriately firm mattress, and quality bedding, I could sleep comfortably. In the morning, I'd wake naturally with the sunlight streaming in! (I did think that people who prefer darkness might need blackout curtains, but I love morning sunlight 😍) After finishing my daily activities, I could easily cook simple meals at home, and there were many great restaurants and bars nearby, so I had plenty to do in the evenings. A week was really too short~~~ The best part was the parking! In Jeju City, even at restaurants parking is incredibly difficult, but here the accommodation has a spacious parking lot, which was so convenient!! It can fit up to 3 cars 👍🏼 Overall, it's the kind of place where you only need to bring clothes and yourself, so I kept thinking I'd like to stay long-term. Even a week felt short, and I'm sad to leave!!! With 3 rooms, it would be perfect for traveling with a larger group. I'd love to come back in the fall with my family 🙏 I'm torn between wanting it to become famous or keeping it as a secret, but... the owner needs to do well so I can come back next time haha We had such a great time!

Even though it's an old house, it brought back fond memories and was wonderful. You can see traces of careful attention to interior design and decorative items. All the kitchen utensils were available and usable. I prepared bathroom supplies thinking they wouldn't be provided, but they were already there. All three bedrooms had comfortable beds and neat bedding. All communication with the host was smooth and quick. The convenient parking was the best. There are many great restaurants and entertainment options nearby. All convenience facilities are in the vicinity. If we have the opportunity to stay again, I'd like to come back. I hope I can find this place again.
