Sea view where Daejeong dolphins live, in front of the bus stop, a house in a rural village

It was an experience to live in a wooden house featuring beautiful architecture and interiors that I had only seen online! There are framed windows throughout the house, offering the charm of admiring the scenery in every direction of the L-shaped structure. Enjoying a barbecue on the gravel in the yard while gazing at the stars in the night sky was also an unforgettable memory. There were two external factors that I particularly liked while staying at this house. The first is the coastal road. If you stroll from the yard toward the garlic field, you can reach the coastal road where you can see dolphins. It takes about 20 minutes on foot, so I recommend visiting on a day when you have plenty of time for a walk along the road, but it only takes 2 minutes by car! (It is also perfect as a running course!) Since it was a road where people traveled slowly and leisurely, I would often head back home along the road after finishing my schedule. If I saw a crowd of people or a parked car, I would stop and gaze at the sea in awe. (On my first visit, I witnessed an amazing pod of dolphins!) The second is the infrastructure. Although it wasn't within walking distance, the area wasn't very busy with traffic, so getting around was pleasant and unobstructed! There is a 'CU Seogwi Mureung Branch' just a 2-minute drive away, and I used to buy additional household items at the 'Daiso Seogwipo Moseulpo Branch,' which is an 8-minute drive away. I also did my grocery shopping at the 'Hanaro Mart Daejeong Nonghyup Branch,' which is a 10-minute drive away. The area seemed to be a residential complex near Moseulpo Port, and there were many restaurants nearby. (The 'Moseulpo Jjopjjakbyeo Guksu' was especially delicious.) Recycling could be done at the 'Mureung 1-ri Recycling Assistance Center' near the CU (a 2-minute drive away). There was a staff member present, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. A transportation card was required for food waste collection. I used my existing card (Cashbee), but if you don't have one, you can purchase one at a convenience store and top it up with a small amount. Whenever I needed anything, the host always responded promptly and kindly. Thanks to you, I was able to have a special two-week stay in Jeju Island!

It's the perfect hideout for families of 3 or 4. At first, you might feel the neighborhood is quiet and unfamiliar, but as one day passes and then two, you'll fall in love with the charm of this neighborhood. It's a house that blends perfectly with the hot spots scattered throughout and the genuine charm of Jeju. I really loved having so much storage space. The items and appliances in the house are similar, and it's a place where you won't have much difficulty living in Jeju. The food section at Daejung Hanaro Mart truly made our Jeju living abundant. The aunties' cooking skills are amazing!!!! It feels like comforting yourself with home-cooked meals when you get tired of eating at tourist spots. The kids really loved the second floor. It's a place I want to visit again and keep to myself. ㅎㅎㅎ

8박동안 편안하게 보내고 집으로 돌아갑니다 일단 조용합니다 아이들과 지내기 참 좋았습니다 호스트님 참 친절하세요 호스트님께서 추천해주신 고깃집은 아이들이 인생고기라고 극찬하네요 차타고 몇분만 가면 포구가 있어서 해양생물들도 실컷 구경했습니다 대정5일장도 좋았고 마지막날 운 좋게 돌고래도 보았습니다 제주 서쪽 여행 숙소로 참 좋았어요 딱 한가지 화장실 변기 수압이 약해 그것만 좀 불편했어요 다음에 또 올게요~~

We created wonderful memories with our 9-month-old baby. Our child had a great time crawling freely on the second floor. It's such a quiet and warm neighborhood. We even saw dolphins, and there are plenty of cozy cafes nearby. The restaurant recommended by the owner was absolutely fantastic and deserves the highest praise. The house condition was excellent. Perfect in both aesthetics and practicality!!

I spent my daily life with my two children on the west side of Jeju at the Daejeong Dolphin House. We actually saw dolphins too! ㅎㅎ You were so incredibly kind, and even though you weren't on Jeju, you took care of us in such detail that it felt like you were right next door. The interior is charming, and the loft was perfect for my two children to play in. It was a great help for our happy Jeju trip!

The neighborhood is quiet with few people passing by, making it great for relaxation. Except for the inconvenience of poor bathroom drainage, the house is beautiful and the interior is cool, so we had a pleasant stay.
