(In case of damage or contamination caused by indoor smoking or pets, forced eviction will be enforced, the deposit will not be refunded, and a special cleaning fee of 330,000 KRW will be charged.) ✅ As this is a rental business rather than a lodging business, food, beverages, toiletries, and hygiene products are not provided in accordance with regulations.
