There is a park right next to the building, and a seaside walking path nearby. It is great for cycling. Smoking is not allowed indoors. There is a convenience store, restaurant, and golf driving range on the first floor of the building, and exercise equipment and a running track on the rooftop.

Right next to LX Pantos and Coupang Ansan Center 2. Within a 10-minute drive of Hanyang University ERICA Campus, Ansan Kakao Data Center, Ansan College of Engineering, Shin Ansan College, Ansan Science Valley, etc. Subway stations such as Wonsi Station and Choji Station are somewhat inconvenient as you have to take a bus from a bus stop near the officetel.
