Living in Jeonju

[ You should choose this space if you are this type of person ] 1. If the price is the same, spaciousness is more important than modern facilities! - Although it's a one-room layout, I can confidently say it's twice as spacious as a newly built one-room at the same price. - There's a separate washing machine (top-load) in the laundry room, and you can hang clothes separately in the laundry room. - The kitchen is spacious, and if you like to cook, it's separated so there's no lingering smell! 2. I don't want to pack and carry everything around....? - The kitchen doesn't just have dishes; it has ****, ****, and pretty much everything you'd need. - There are also air fryers, microwaves, pots, and other accessories you might use. - And... there are even chargers (and there's even a wireless charger next to the bed..) 3. Above all, it needs to be clean - The building itself is admittedly old and doesn't look particularly clean from the outside. - However, the moment you step inside, you'll completely change your mind. - It's so clean with a pleasant scent and sparkling floors without a speck of dust—it reminds you of military barracks cleaning. - The room is in excellent condition with a level of cleanliness that makes you hesitant to make a mess. 4. Let's park comfortably without worry... - I was surprised that the apartment parking lot is easier to park in than expected. - Since I travel for business, I sometimes arrive at 11 or 12 PM, and there's always a spot available. - Sometimes things fall in underground parking, but if you park outside for a bit and look around, there are many church parking lots nearby. - The owner kindly explains all of this too~ 5. The owner is very, very, very kind. - I didn't have a separate call with the owner, but I was moved by the welcome letter as soon as I entered the house. - And whenever I asked for something, they quickly confirmed and told me, which was convenient. Considering the square footage / facilities / convenience / and the owner's kindness, there's no reason not to use this place. And although the photos look a bit worn, the inside of the house is incredibly clean and nice!

I stayed for a month, and the host prepared everything down to the smallest details, so there was no inconvenience at all. The value for money is excellent. With the owner's thoughtful care and quick responses, this accommodation greatly enhanced my satisfaction with my trip to Jeonju. I arrived tired and spent a comfortable month where I could rest and recover well. ^^

The interior was newly renovated and very clean. The host thoughtfully provided all the necessary items, making it very convenient to stay. I would like to visit again.
