Move-in/Move-out and Reservation Information • Move-in/Move-out: Detailed times will be provided individually via chat before the contract is confirmed. • Rent Inquiries: Conditions vary by rental period, so it is essential to inquire via chat before booking. (Excluding duplexes; separate inquiries are possible if you wish to use only the first floor.) • Services: Due to the nature of short-term rentals, cleaning and additional towels/consumables are not provided during your stay. 3. Utilities and Energy Savings • Water, internet, maintenance fees, and basic electricity/gas are included. • Appliances and heating must be turned off when leaving the premises. Actual charges may apply if usage exceeds the average limit. 4. Cooking and Facility Management • Odor Warning: Grilling meat, cooking fish, and consuming items such as skate are restricted indoors (Special cleaning fee charged for violations). • Do not open locked host-only storage compartments. 5.
