You can enjoy a wide range of lifestyle and cultural amenities nearby, including shopping malls, movie theaters, large supermarkets, bookstores, traditional markets, department stores, major hospitals, and government offices. The standard contract is on a weekly basis, but daily extensions are available depending on your schedule. Upon contract confirmation, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. All procedures are conducted remotely. To maintain a pleasant environment, indoor smoking and bringing pets are prohibited. In the event of facility damage or contamination, compensation costs may be charged depending on the circumstances. For the comfort of our neighbors, please refrain from making excessive noise or causing inter-floor noise. (Important) Kitchen cooking utensils and cleaning supplies are provided as standard.
