Smoking inside the building will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and forced eviction. - The kitchen is for shared use. Generally, check-out is at 11:00 AM and check-in is after 3:00 PM. We would appreciate it if you could sort and dispose of your trash before checking out. You must not bring outside guests without prior agreement.
