(A special cleaning fee will be charged for violations.) - Ceiling-mounted system air conditioners (total of 4 units) are installed in the living room and every bedroom. - Toppers are provided in the Ondol rooms. - A microwave, rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, drying rack, fan, dehumidifier, and kettle are provided. - There is no dryer or water purifier. - Not Provided: Personal hygiene items (shampoo, toothbrush, laundry detergent, towels, etc.) are not provided separately. - Upon check-out, please dispose of standard waste, recyclables, and food waste directly at the Clean House and apply for a deposit refund.

This is a safe accommodation where even a solo female guest can find healing. Although there are only three rooms, it offers a cozy space even for those traveling alone. The front door has a password, and CCTV is installed. We check the gas meter upon move-in and move-out, take a photo, and send it to you. If the gas bill is excessively high, we will calculate and charge you for the actual costs. If the bill exceeds 90,000 KRW per week (6 nights, 7 days), actual costs will be charged. If you prefer, we can meet in person upon move-out to settle the actual costs. To prevent excessive heating (LPG gas) costs due to negligence, please set the boiler temperature low or activate the "Away" function when you go out. Heating in Jeju uses LPG gas, which is about 3 to 4 times more expensive than the LNG city gas used on the mainland. We ask for your understanding regarding this inconvenience.

We will check the gas meter upon move-in and move-out, take a photo, and send it to you. If the gas bill is excessively high, we will calculate and charge you for the actual costs. Actual costs will be charged if the bill exceeds 90,000 KRW per week (6 nights, 7 days). If you prefer, we can meet in person upon move-out to settle the actual costs. To prevent excessive heating (LPG gas) costs due to negligence, please set the boiler temperature low or press the "Away" button when you go out. Heating in Jeju uses LPG gas, and since heating costs are approximately 3 to 4 times higher than LNG city gas on the mainland, we ask for your understanding despite the inconvenience.
