(A special cleaning fee will be charged for violations.) - Ceiling-mounted system air conditioners (total of 4 units) are installed in each room, and filter cleaning and sterilization cleaning were completed on May 31st. - Toppers are provided in the Ondol rooms. - A microwave, rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, drying rack, fan, dehumidifier, and kettle are provided. - There is no dryer or water purifier. - Not Provided: Personal hygiene items (shampoo, toothbrush, laundry detergent, etc.) are not provided separately. - Upon check-out, please dispose of standard waste, recyclables, and food waste directly at the Clean House and apply for a deposit refund.

- Bus Stop: Hyeopjae Beach 202, 784-2, 784-2 - 5-minute walk from the accommodation to the bus stop - Hyeopjae Beach is within a 5-minute walk, and the property is located in the main commercial area of Hyeopjae, where restaurants, cafes, bars, convenience stores, Paris Baguette, and other amenities are all within walking distance. It is a safe accommodation where even a solo female traveler can find healing. Although there are only three rooms, it is a cozy space even for those traveling alone. The entrance has a password, and CCTV is installed.

Additional rules

To prevent excessive gas and electricity bills due to negligence, please set the boiler temperature to a low setting or press the "Away" button when leaving the house. Please check all four air conditioners and make sure to turn them off when you go out. For reservations made between November 1st and March 31st, heating costs (LPG gas) are separate. We will check the gas meter upon move-in and move-out to calculate and bill you for the actual expenses. If you prefer, we can meet in person to settle the bill upon move-out. Heating in Jeju uses LPG gas, and since heating costs are approximately 3 to 4 times higher than LNG city gas on the mainland, we ask for your understanding despite the inconvenience.
