Move-in registration is not possible. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. Pets are not allowed. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables. Amounts incurred (smoking, pets, damage) will be deducted from the security deposit. Utilities are included in the management fee. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of electricity, water, or heating.
