The house is located right across the street from Yangjaecheon Stream, allowing for daily bike riding and running. Additionally, there is a cafe, convenience store, and laundromat on the first floor.

There is a bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the front of the house where you can catch buses to anywhere in the Gangnam area, including Gangnam, Seocho, Seonbawi, and Gwacheon. There is a cafe, convenience store, and laundromat on the first floor. With Yangjae Costco and Yangjae E-mart nearby, daily life is convenient. You can also enjoy daily riding and running to the Yangjae Citizens' Forest Cafe Street and various restaurants using the Ttareungi bikes right in front of the house. This is the neighborhood where the host settled down after living for two years prior to marriage, finding the surrounding environment to be excellent. * You can extend your stay by one day at a time (daily extension) starting from the current week.
