Located in the heart of the famous Daechi-dong academy district, just 3 minutes from Lotte Department Store, this quiet residential space can accommodate 6 or more people. Although it is a semi-basement, it is so clean and pleasant that you wouldn't even realize it is a semi-basement.

There is an Ediya Coffee shop right next door, numerous convenience stores, and various restaurants. It is a 3-minute walk from Hanti Station, within walking distance of Lotte Department Store, and is surrounded by a concentration of private academies, Dogok Market, Gangnam Severance Hospital, and Seoul Samsung Hospital. The transportation is excellent. Two of the three rooms have doors, and the largest room is open-plan. There are two bathrooms, but showering is difficult in one as it is used for a washing machine and dryer for convenience.
