The vacant second-floor commercial space was renovated into a residence in 2026, featuring high ceilings and a spacious feel. The living room was designed so that sitting there reveals an unobstructed view of the sea just 100 meters away and the forest across the way. Every corner was meticulously designed and built to create the feeling of being in a cozy home. The soft goose down bedding greatly aids in getting a good night's sleep, and the seaside walking path just 100 steps away will also be a wonderful space.

Public transportation is not extremely convenient here. Although the bus stop is about 500 meters away, it is located on Iljudong-ro, so it is not an isolated area. Those using a car will experience no inconvenience at all. There are at least two convenience stores within 1km, and large supermarkets (Nonghyup Hanaro Mart) are located 10 and 15 minutes away by car, respectively. Goose down bedding is provided for every bed, and since the condition of all rooms is excellent, you will wake up feeling refreshed and restful. The ocean always unfolds like a painting, offering a healing experience just by looking at it. The rooftop observatory is freely accessible, allowing you to fully enjoy the wide-open eastern sea of Jeju, and the walking path right in front is Olle Trail Course 3, which is perfect for running and walking.
