Please throw away the cigarette butt after removal. - Each guest is responsible for keeping their own belongings, shoes, and valuables safe. We are not responsible for any loss. - The use of electrical appliances, cooking appliances, incense, candles, etc. that pose a risk of fire is prohibited. Bringing in flammable and hazardous materials is prohibited and will be destroyed immediately upon discovery. - Please actively cooperate in separating recyclable waste and ensure that individuals dispose of general waste. * Please be sure to separate food waste as individuals will be fined if they dispose of it as general waste. - Please keep the common areas, such as the kitchen and rooftop, clean and do not use the kitchen after 10 p.m. Please use it quietly. - Please refrain from making noise between 10 PM and 6 AM. Drying blankets or shoes is prohibited. (Please check for coins, zippers, etc. in your pocket and dry them inside out as they may cause noise.) - Individuals must personally dispose of waste other than general household waste, such as blankets and clothing. - Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when going out for more than 1 hour. (If the fan is operated for a long time, there is a risk of fire due to motor overheating.) - If you experience any friction or inconvenience with the room, please do not resolve the issue directly. Instead, contact the accommodation and we will assist you as soon as possible. - Our accommodation is not a hotel that provides 24-hour service, so except in emergencies, Inconveniences cannot be resolved immediately, and if professional personnel are required, it may take 2-3 days to resolve the issue. There may be delays. 4. Deposit Refund Policy · If you do not notify us of your intention to move out 7 days prior to moving out, your deposit will not be refunded. * Refund policies may vary depending on contract terms.
