The famous and beautiful Yeongildae Beach is about 7 minutes from the accommodation, and Jukdo Market, the sea, and various restaurants and cafes are 15 minutes away. There is a street lined with seafood restaurants, including Pohang Mulhoe, and many other diverse restaurants. 15 minutes from the KTX, 30 minutes to Gyeongju, and 40 minutes to Guryongpo; public transportation is convenient. The airport and express bus terminal are located within 15 minutes. You will be very satisfied, and find it comfortable and cozy. With most amenities nearby, I highly recommend this place for workcations, digital nomads, or those looking to live for a week to a month in a quiet residential area near Yeongil Beach. Pets are not allowed. Please be sure to inform us if there are any additional guests beyond the booked number. An extra fee will be charged for additional guests. Please refrain from making loud noises after 9 PM and strictly observe the no-smoking policy. You will have a truly restful experience. Thank you.
