Residency registration not permitted. Maximum occupancy: 2 people (Please inquire before booking for more guests). Amenities: Cordless vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer Dishwasher, rice cooker, microwave, gas stove, water purifier (hot water available) Refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, monitor, keyboard, mouse Wi-Fi, 75-inch TV, Netflix *Peak season rates apply from July 10 to August 23. Please inquire separately when booking. *Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM [Important Notice] Reservations cannot be made if you do not agree to the conditions below. Please note that you are deemed to have agreed to these conditions upon booking confirmation. 1. No smoking allowed indoors, on the balcony, or in the bathroom. - Smoking will result in charges for restoration costs (wallpapering) plus move-in cleaning (500,000 KRW) and immediate eviction. - No refunds will be given for evictions caused by indoor smoking. (The 119 emergency services may be dispatched if indoor smoking is detected by a smoke detector.) 2. Mandatory adherence to apartment living etiquette. - Loud parties are prohibited. - Please observe apartment living etiquette. - Early eviction may occur if complaints are received from neighbors. 3. Please dispose of trash (including food waste) in the room upon check-out.
