It was a convenient place to stay by car. There was an E-Mart nearby, so grocery shopping was a 3-5 minute drive. For those who enjoy running, I recommend Seogwipo Gym or Olle Trail 7. During my week-long stay, I enjoyed making simple breakfasts, and the tree next to the dining table by the window made it a great place to spend time listening to the birdsong. It was truly comfortable and homey. Disappointing Points: 1. The hot water didn't come out after 8-9 PM. It seemed like the other rooms shared a single hot water tank, but around 8-9 PM, the hot water ran out, making it difficult to shower. I contacted the host and was told it would be hot in about an hour, but during my entire 7-night, 8-day stay, there was no hot water even after midnight. (The water was gushing in the morning and afternoon.) 2. The sleeping environment was cold. If you're sensitive to the cold or staying with children or the elderly, the floor might not be warm enough, which might be a problem. I asked the host about this and opened the valve as instructed, but I didn't notice much warmer weather. The bed was also right next to the window, so I was cold the whole time I slept. I brought a heating pad, so I used it. I think an electric blanket would be useful in the winter.

I stayed here for a month from mid-December 2023. When I first checked in, the room was so cold and there were missing items, so I contacted the host contact number listed on the app several times, but it was frustrating because they were not nearby and it was difficult to contact them. If you need anything after moving in, you can contact them using the “contact number at the bottom of the notice attached to the door” instead of the host contact number listed on the app, so they can contact you faster. They may feel a little slow, but they are like parents. They are friendly! The bedding and towels were very clean, and the closet and room had a slight old wood smell, so I used a deodorizer and air freshener. The kitchen hood didn’t work well, so I opened the window and cooked, and there was no problem with ventilation. The bathroom supplies provided are toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet paper. They give you about 2 rolls of toilet paper, so if you need more, you can go to Daiso and buy them individually. The laundry is located outside on the basement floor of the room. There are two state-of-the-art drum washing machines, both detergent and fabric softener, and it is scary because the lights are dark at night, so I recommend you do it early. You can see the ocean from inside the house, and Beophwan Port and Olle 7-gil are a 10-minute walk away. Both the sunrise and sunset are beautiful, so you will visit often. There is a hand-drip coffee shop and a good cheonggukjang restaurant on the way to the port. I recommend it. And when you go home after drinking at night, it will be dark, so you will take a taxi, but no matter how many times you call a taxi from the nearby 2nd building = new city center to the accommodation… There are many good bars and pubs in Jungmun, 1st building, and Donghong-dong, so I recommend you go there. (The taxi fare difference is about 2,000 won) Oh, there is an outlet, but it is a bit far. It would be convenient to bring 2 power strips!!

It is a place where one or two people can stay without any problems. It is clean and they take care of requests quickly. It was also great that the facilities were close by. Compared to other accommodations, the price included utility bills, so it was the best value for money. Thank you. I had a good rest.

I had a great time in a comfortable and cozy environment like a cabin in the woods. If I have the chance, I would like to go again. ♡♡♡♡♡

I lived here for a month starting at the end of October. It was a 1.5 room on the second floor, so I could see the ocean outside the window. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice, and I think it was good that there were convenience facilities like a mart, restaurants, and hospitals nearby. In particular, I could go to Seogwipo Gym and work out for 1,000 won, so I could eat a lot at a restaurant without gaining weight. Since utility bills are included, there was no need to worry about heating or hot water. The owners turned on the heating so much that it was hot. The hot water also came out well. However, the lights on the stairs going up to the second floor kept turning on and off, so when it was dark after sunset, I had to turn on my phone and go. I hope it gets fixed. ^^ I'm living here for a month and going~

I stayed here for a month, and the location was great and the room condition was good. I felt a little cold, so I told them, and they came right away and turned on the boiler, so I had a warm stay^^ I walked to see the sunset at Beophwan Port almost every day, so be sure to see the sunrise and sunset^^ There are many good restaurants near the port. I want to stay here again if I get a chance!

I am leaving a review to help the next people who will live in Han Dal Sal Gi Han Tta♡♡. First of all, the host registered on Live Anywhere is the daughter of the actual operator, and unlike other reviews, the actual operator lives in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju-si, so you may not be able to contact them when checking in. So don't panic, just open the room you will be staying in and go in if it is open. That doesn't mean the hosts are unfriendly. They will listen to each and every complaint even if it takes time. If you complain to the Live Anywhere host, it will take time to contact you again, so if you call the contact number of The♡♡ Guesthouse outside, you can connect directly to the host. In terms of cleanliness, the bedding is quite clean. I also brought a pillow cover because it was so clean, but I didn't use it. The kitchen utensils are also clean. There was only one stain on the white mug that wouldn't come off. The refrigerator is small as shown in the picture, so you can't put a lot of food in it. The coffee pot is a bit old, but it works well, and if you boil it with citric acid or vinegar, it removes water stains well, so it seems to be well maintained. The gas range is a two-burner range, but it was really hard to cook two dishes at once. The most dissatisfying thing in the kitchen was the hood. Even after removing it and cleaning it, grease kept falling down, so when I looked inside the hood, it was grease that had been falling down because the pan hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The water pressure and drainage in the bathroom were really good. There was no problem using hot water. However, because the moisture didn't drain well, mold in the crevices was an annoyance throughout my life. Toothpaste, shampoo, and body wash are provided. I brought my own, so I don't remember the brands provided, but the body wash is Hae♡bath and the shampoo is Ke♡si♡. By the way, the toilet paper provided in the bathroom is provided, so if you use it all up, you have to buy your own. And the difference from what is written on Live Anywhere is the extra blanket. There are no extra blankets in the closet. If other people come in the middle, if you call the hosts in advance, they will give you an extra mattress, blanket, and pillow for 25,000 won. It's a bit far to go to the food waste recycling center, but it's much closer than other places. Everyone comes by car to throw it away. Transportation is convenient. It's a bit of a walk, but there are buses from Seogwipo Intercity Bus Terminal to Daejeong, Aewol, Wimi, and Seongsan. If you take the bus from Beophwan Agricultural Cooperative or Beophwan Elementary School, you can quickly go to Olle Market. We cooked a lot at home, so we didn't go to many restaurants, but there are quite a few delicious restaurants. If you have your own car, go to the front of Seogwipo 2nd Building and eat. There were a lot of hidden restaurants. - This is just my personal opinion. By the way, Hanaro Mart next to Beophwan Agricultural Cooperative opens and closes early, and is only open in the morning on Saturdays, so please keep in mind that they don't really have a lot of products.

My parents went to live for two months, so they stayed at the resort for one month and this accommodation for the next month, and they were so touched by the attention to detail. The house is just right for two people, the view is good, and the washing machine is downstairs, so it was a bit inconvenient, but it was still nice because they could be away from the noise.
