This is a very clean room that has recently been remodeled. It is a fully furnished room equipped with a bed, TV, 2-in-1 air conditioner, washing machine, dryer, and large refrigerator. There are two large tables in the living room, making it the perfect place for studying or working. The two bedrooms offer a blend of cuteness and coziness, allowing you to relax comfortably. It is a home-like space that is comfortable enough for four people to stay in. It features two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a veranda. - Move-in is conducted remotely. (Detailed instructions will be sent via message at 1:00 PM on the day of move-in) - Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - No pets allowed, and indoor smoking is strictly prohibited (including e-cigarettes)!! - Registration of residence is not permitted. - Furniture rearrangement and damage are strictly prohibited. (Please inquire with the host in advance) - For stays of 2 weeks or longer, a mid-stay quick cleaning service and accommodation condition inspection will be conducted. - Please separate recyclable waste into the designated bins, and general waste and food waste into their respective bins.
