It may not be a luxurious villa, but it is a space where you can rest comfortably without any disturbances. You can spend time entirely to yourself amidst the breeze and the sound of birds. The Grade 1 groundwater, which passes annual quality tests, can be drunk directly without purification. There are no odor-causing facilities nearby, such as livestock barns, so the air is clean and pleasant. It is a great home for relaxing in nature without any pressure. The rooms have recently been remodeled, making for a clean and tidy accommodation.

Located in the forest of Hwajeon-ri, Yongmun-myeon, it is easily accessible by car. It takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours by car from Seoul and the metropolitan area, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a journey into tranquil nature. Bus services are available from a main road just a 5-minute walk away, and travel to the metropolitan area is also convenient via Yongmun Station (Gyeongui-Jungang Line) and Yongmun Terminal. Right next to the house, there are separate hiking trails for a light hike and challenging trekking courses, allowing you to enjoy nature according to your preference. Additionally, a famous TV-featured trout sashimi restaurant is located right in front of our valley-embracing home, which you can enjoy conveniently with an advance reservation. It is a space where you can enjoy various pleasures along with relaxation amidst nature. You can spend time healing while fully enjoying nature.
