You should consider these as basic conditions that must be observed if you wish to move in. Creating "value in living together" rather than simply seeking accommodation or residence will make your youth at Sodam even happier. Furthermore, since Sodam operates under a formal lease agreement rather than a short-term rental facility, adherence to the contract period is required. Additionally, as it is a community housing complex, you must agree to the management regulations for communal living.
