Spanning approximately 40 pyeong (about 132 square meters), this duplex-style space has been completely remodeled, featuring a sun-filled living room, warm wood-toned areas, and an attic-style studio perfect for music and work. The first floor (about 25 pyeong) includes a spacious living room and kitchen, a sunlit main bedroom, and a utility room, while a warm fireplace fills the center of the space. *The fireplace is fully functional. Thanks to the natural light streaming in through the large windows and the lush greenery of the terrace, you can enjoy a comfortable atmosphere throughout the day. The second floor (about 15 pyeong) features a high ceiling of 3 meters and is designed like an open-plan studio without doors. The high ceiling, wooden furniture, bookshelves, speakers, and a work table blend together to create a space ideal for quietly listening to music, reading, and enjoying both work and relaxation. It captures the atmosphere of a small private studio located in Jeju. About this place

This space was personally remodeled by a designer couple. We decided to rent it long-term because we frequently travel to Seoul and abroad for work. It is located in a prime location in Jungmun for surfing, running, and swimming. It would be perfect for a couple to share. With bedrooms on both the first and second floors, it is spacious enough for up to four people. The large windows make it a great home to experience the changing seasons. The bathroom, in particular, is beautiful and convenient, with the shower area, jacuzzi, and toilet separated. From a living room where sunlight lingers, to warm wood-toned spaces, and an attic-style studio perfect for quiet music, the entire space is fully renovated. We completely remodeled the space to allow you to focus on relaxation and work during your stay. Even just staying inside, you can fully experience the four seasons of Jeju.
