Fully furnished like new. A spacious and beautiful home that looks even better in person. Quiet, making it a great place for women to live. Conveniently located right in front of the building are shops open until dawn, as well as 24-hour supermarkets and convenience stores. A dry cleaner, snack bar, grocery store, and convenience store are all within 10 meters. The area is safe as there is a police substation right across the street. It is close to the Dangok Police Substation, so patrols are frequent. Despite being a station area, it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, unlike the bustling Sillim Station. Excellent ventilation with one window in each bathroom and room. Safety ensured by security bars on the windows, a keypad lock and double lock on the front door, and a villa-style keypad lock. Strictly no smoking indoors. No smoking. No loud noise.
