This is a comfortable two-room unit (large room and small room). Although it is located on a semi-basement floor, it receives ample sunlight through large windows and is a clean and well-maintained home free from the typical mustiness or unpleasant odors. Large Room: Fully equipped with a bed, desk, TV, Wi-Fi, and sofa. While the large windows provide excellent natural light, most of the light can be blocked with blackout curtains. Small Room: Ample storage space is provided, including a clothes rack, hangers, and drawers. An additional single mattress is also available for comfortable use. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, dishes, and cooking utensils.

Due to a long-term business trip, I am offering a short-term rental of a comfortable two-room apartment (large and small) that I previously lived in. Although it is located in the semi-basement, large windows let in plenty of sunlight, and the apartment is kept clean and tidy, free from the typical mustiness or unpleasant odors. It is fully furnished with essentials such as appliances, kitchenware, and dishes, so you can move in immediately with just your belongings. You can also conveniently use Netflix, and the location boasts a prime spot, just a 3-minute walk from Hongik University Station and right next to Yeontral Park.

As it is situated in the central commercial district of Yeonnam-dong, you can conveniently access restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and more within walking distance. Bedding/Towels: Basic bedding and several towels are provided, but we recommend bringing your own towels. Please feel free to wash them using the provided washing machine. Consumables: Dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and basic consumables are provided. (Please purchase any additional items, such as toilet paper, individually.) Personal Hygiene Items: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc., are not provided due to hygiene concerns, so please bring your own. (※ To maintain a pleasant environment, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed.)

[Mandatory Rules and Penalties] We strictly enforce the following rules to maintain a clean environment for the next tenant. (Violation will result in immediate eviction and no refund for the remaining period.) **Strictly No Smoking Indoors:** Both tobacco and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited. **No Pets Allowed:** Pets are strictly prohibited to prevent allergies and contamination. (A special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be deducted upon detection.) **Caution Regarding Damage to Facilities:** Damage caused intentionally or negligently will result in compensation for actual costs or a deduction from the security deposit. We would appreciate it if you could wash dishes, dispose of trash, and keep the room tidy as much as possible. **Cleaning Fee:** If the cleaning condition is so poor during the checkout inspection that additional professional cleaning is required due to contamination, an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW may be charged. We ask that you keep the room clean during your stay.
