About this place
This is a country house with a spacious yard located near the Joam IC in Hwaseong-si. It is close to Beodeul Reservoir, Joam Market, and Gungpyeong Port, and is also close to Daebudo and Jebudo islands. The house is enclosed by a bamboo fence for privacy and features a well-maintained garden. There are GS and CU convenience stores within a one-minute walk, making them convenient to use. Since this house was used as a second home rather than a professional rental, you can experience the comfort of a private family home. Pets are welcome, and we recommend staying for a month. *Heating costs (oil boiler) are not included in the management fee. The remaining amount will be charged upon check-in and check-out.
