However, due to the characteristics of residential areas in Seoul, this space is a shared parking lot for multi-unit dwellings, and the parking structure is a serial (front/back) parking system. Therefore, depending on the situation, there may be times when I need to move the car in front or behind me to help with exiting. The parking space accommodates two vehicles, but it is not very spacious, so large vehicles may have difficulty. I would appreciate it if you could keep this in mind before making a reservation 😊 If you need parking after your reservation is confirmed, I can fully assist by acting as an intermediary between the residents and your vehicle.
