The key feature is a structure optimized for Jeju's hot and humid environment. Due to high humidity, Jeju is prone to mold growth and is infested with pests. To overcome this, the architectural structure was designed to allow for constant natural ventilation, ensuring a more comfortable resting space for guests. Air circulation was considered by designing a wind circulation structure that moves from a small north-facing window to a large south-facing window. Furthermore, to maximize air circulation, no interior walls were installed, thereby maximizing the sense of openness. The concrete walls are constructed using red clay infused with cinnamon, ensuring both health benefits for children sensitive to atopic dermatitis and insect repellent effects. Created by a proven design brand that has won the World Architecture Award, the Prime Minister's Award at the Korea Architecture Awards, and the Special Award at the Korea Space Design Awards, this space was completed by designers and interior experts possessing top-tier lines and color senses. 🏠 Room Structure All rooms feature a two-story structure. Unlike the typical duplex layout found in standard pensions, this is a complete two-story design; the first floor houses the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and utility room, while the second floor features two bedrooms, a study, and a bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with various types of beds. A swimming pool has been installed within the apartment complex to satisfy the needs of guests seeking true relaxation through new experiences in a unique setting.
