This accommodation is located a 5-minute walk from Janghanpyeong Station. It has 2 bedrooms. There are 3 beds (2 twins, 1 single). Wi-Fi is available. It can accommodate up to 6 people. ● If 6 people are staying, one person must unfold the foldable sofa bed to sleep on! The sofa bed is shown in the photos. ● (Duvets and pillows are provided.) Bedroom 1 has 1 queen-size bed and 1 single-size bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen-size bed and a single sofa bed (it becomes a bed when unfolded). The bed placement in Bedroom 2 has changed slightly; I will take new photos soon. The photos showing the sofa bed are the most recent ones. We replace the bedding with fresh items every time. It is located 5 minutes from Daiso, 5 minutes from Olive Young, and 30 seconds from a convenience store. The living room features color-changing smart lighting, allowing you to create the atmosphere you desire. The remote control for changing the lighting colors is located in the storage compartment above the refrigerator. There are a total of 2 air conditioners, one in each room. Boiler floor heating is also available, so it is very warm.

There is a park right in front of the house. Convenience store 30 seconds away. Airport bus stop 5-minute walk. There is one TV in the master bedroom and one in the smaller bedroom. Both TVs support Netflix Premium and YouTube Premium. A washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and microwave are provided. There is a flowing stream (Jungnangcheon) and a well-maintained park near the accommodation, making it great for walks. There is a park of a decent size right in front of the accommodation. There is a mart near the house with various affordable items (The Dream Food Mart). There is also a convenience store just a 1-minute walk from the house. Currently, even at night, two sensor lights in the entrance and hallway illuminate the space very brightly. We do not provide a separate parking space, but you may park in the nearby resident-priority parking zones. However, there is about a 30% chance of getting a ticket if you park in a resident-priority parking zone. If you get a ticket, you can park for one day, but the fine is 14,400 won. It feels like paying 14,400 won to park for the day. There are often 3 to 4 empty spots in the resident-priority parking zones. I would like to inform you of this, however small. I also recommend the "Everyone's Parking" app. For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in our space. We ask for your understanding.
