(Queen-size bed on the 1st floor and bunk bed on the 2nd floor are provided.) 3. If electricity, gas, etc. usage exceeds 50,000 KRW per week, the excess amount may need to be settled separately. (Please check heating, cooling, gas, etc. when going out.) 4. Pets and smoking are not allowed. (Including e-cigarettes.) If caught, an indoor cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged. 5. Compensation costs may be incurred for any damage or destruction. 6. Free Wi-Fi is provided; please connect via QR code. The Wi-Fi ID and password are located on the living room wall. 7. Please separate and place recyclable waste in white bags. Please place general waste in standard garbage bags and dispose of them under the cafe sign after 8 PM. 8. As this is a rental business, personal hygiene items are not provided. 9. The contract may be terminated immediately if complaints arise due to parties, noise, etc., or if illegal acts occur.
