This is a cozy 3rd-floor red brick villa located right in front of Hamdeok Seoubong Beach, the most beautiful sea on Jeju Island. (It is about the height of a 2nd floor due to the low stairs.) The police substation is right on the next block, and with Nonghyup Bank, bakeries, and famous hotels nearby, the street is clean, well-organized, and safe. Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, Lotteria, and Olive Young are all clustered together. On the other hand, just a short distance from the busy area, it is a great location for morning and evening walks along Hamdeok Beach, and you can also enjoy the sunset from the villa. There are three bedrooms and a combined living room and kitchen. The sea-facing room features floor-to-ceiling windows. The lighting is carefully adjusted so you can relax comfortably at home on days you are not traveling, and blackout curtains have been installed. With cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets located within a 5-minute walk, it will serve as an even better resting place for travelers relying on public transportation. While staying at the villa, go jogging in the mornings and evenings, read books at Manchun Bookstore, and enjoy brunch at Holiday Holic. I also recommend having a beer at Dalsamok in the evening.
