(No foreign objects including toilet paper (including water-soluble toilet paper), wet wipes, diapers, sanitary pads, leftover food, etc.!!!) ‼️ If the toilet or sink becomes clogged, repair costs and the usage fee for the next booked guest will be charged additionally. ✅ Although we maintain cleanliness through cleaning and pest control after every stay, flying insects may enter the house due to the natural environment. Please keep doors closed tightly and use insect spray if necessary. - Noise restrictions after 22:00 (No parties or loud music) - No smoking, e-cigarettes, or scented candles in the entire area - No cooking with strong odors or smoke (Pork belly, fish, fried food, etc.) - External CCTV is recording for security purposes. - Pets are not allowed. - Hair dyeing is prohibited. - Additional charges apply for excessive use of heating or cooling. - Please remove your shoes inside. ※ Actual compensation costs, such as additional special cleaning and laundry fees, may be charged in the event of loss, damage, or severe contamination of facilities or equipment.
