This is a traditional Hanok designed and built by a Korean Hanok cultural heritage artist using timber and stone salvaged from three historic houses aged 70 to 100 years. It is located on Chiseolnyeong Pass between Ulsan and Gyeongju, with many tourist attractions nearby. It takes 20 to 30 minutes by car to reach Gyeongju or downtown Ulsan, making it a tranquil place where you can experience a traditional Korean Hanok after touring Gyeongju's tourist attractions and Ulsan city tours. It is a two-story historic Hanok, and you will reside on the first floor, which is equipped with a separate bedroom, bathroom/toilet, and kitchen.
