White-toned Two-room House

Clothes drying rack is broken and unusable. Washing machine option was listed but not available. Elevator option was listed but not available. Asked to wash dishes but no detergent or sponge provided (told to buy my own...). Bedding was listed as provided but was told on departure day to bring my own......Air conditioner only has one 5-pyeong wall-mounted unit in the living room, none in the bedroom so had to use a fan.. No rice cooker.... No set-top box..watching YouTube on TV...Host replied 3 days later... I'm disappointed that false information is posted about what's available and it's just brushed off with an apology. I'm even more disappointed with LiveAnywhere's irresponsible system as an intermediary...It seems like a system that doesn't check even if false options are listed. First time using it and very disappointed.... The room condition itself wasn't bad and the surrounding area was quiet which was nice.

Worst!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even worth 1 star 1. Changed options arbitrarily after contract (said there was a washing machine and drying rack, but when I went there was nothing and everything was missing) (I chatted with the host about why the options that were included at the time of contract were not provided, and they just said "Oh, is that so? I'm sorry" and then ignored all my messages after that. In the end, I had to buy dish soap, paper towels, sponges, tissues, wet wipes, etc. all by myself lol. And they said "Please make sure to bring your own bedding^^" The accommodation doesn't provide basic bedding, and it was too dirty to use anyway) 2. On the day of check-in, there was no check-in guidance even after 2 PM, so I had to contact customer service directly and barely got the house address and password 3. When I checked in, there was trash everywhere, the trash can wasn't emptied, the room wasn't cleaned at all, and the bathroom hygiene was at an all-time low with no toilet paper even hung up;; (Trash left by the previous guest, food scraps, hair in the bathroom, disposable shower towels not thrown away at all and still there, the smell was terrible. But the accommodation fee includes a 40,000 won cleaning fee lol. What did they even clean..?) 4. The next day I texted asking if the cleaning condition was acceptable, and they suddenly showed up to clean; but I had already unpacked all my luggage;;;;;; (There was no vacuum or broom, so I had to clean the entire floor and bed with a lint roller, and it was disgustingly dirty.. especially the bed;; If I hadn't brought a mattress cover, I really couldn't have stayed there) I've traveled to many cities and stayed at various accommodations, but seriously.. why.. would anyone operate a place like this..? That's what I thought When I called the host, they didn't answer, and when I texted they said to chat, but when I chatted they couldn't even find which platform it was and asked me to take a screenshot. When I called customer service and complained, they asked "Should I tell the owner you want a refund?" on the day of check-in lol. In the end, I had to find another accommodation for the last two days of the week;; Sigh.. please don't operate accommodations like this^^..
