Large mart within 5 minutes walking distance, all amenities within 10 minutes by car This is a townhouse complex with 46 units lined up in a row, each with its own terrace, boasting a distant ocean view. Behind it is Hallasan Mountain, and at night, you can see constellations. It is a quiet house with fresh air. The spacious front yard with parking lot has various flowers and fruit trees, and at the end of the yard there is a playground and trampoline for children, and there are facilities for small fun things to do here and there. The backyard, visible from the living room and terrace, has a vegetable garden and fruit trees such as zelkova, blueberry, cherry, and plum trees. Our house, located in the warmest place in Jeju, is equipped with all the necessities as if you were in your own quiet and comfortable home. The sea beyond the wide tangerine field is spectacular, and famous tourist attractions, famous restaurants, and various convenience facilities are nearby, so you can enjoy a clean country life without inconvenience~ There may be differences in views depending on random assignment. Some accommodations have a roofed terrace, while others do not.
