Hello. This is a clean studio apartment with a terrace overlooking Gwangchigi Beach and Ojo-ri Beach. It is located in a great location for walks around Seongsan Ilchulbong and Gwangchigi Beach. As you can see in the photos, it is fully furnished to ensure comfortable living. In particular, it includes a washing machine/dryer combination and a dehumidifier, which are very useful for living in Jeju. There are airport express and main bus stops nearby, so you won't have any trouble taking the bus. The parking lot is spacious, and you can take the elevator straight up after parking. Security is excellent as each unit has a password set for the main entrance. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited indoors. If indoor smoking is detected, an additional fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged in addition to the cleaning fee.
